أَن النَّبِيّ ﷺ سُئل عَن النَّذْرِ فَقَالَ إِنَّهُ لا يُقَدِّمُ شَيْئًا ولاَ يُؤَخِّرُهُ وَلكن يُسْتَخْرَجُ بِهِ مِنَ الْبَخِيلِ مُجَاهِدٌ عَن ابْنِ عُمَرَ

عَنِ النَّذْرِ إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ النَّذْرَ لاَ يُقَدِّمُ شَيْئًا وَلاَ يُؤَخِّرُ وَإِنَّمَا يُسْتَخْرَجُ بِالنَّذْرِ مِنَ الْبَخِيلِ
The Prophet ﷺ forbade the making of vows and said, "It (a vow) does not prevent anything (that has to take place), but the property of a miser is spent (taken out) with it."
عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ نَهَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنِ النَّذْرِ وَقَالَ إِنَّهُ لاَ يَرُدُّ شَيْئًا وَلَكِنَّهُ يُسْتَخْرَجُ بِهِ مِنَ الْبَخِيلِ

"عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: إِنَّ النَّذْرَ لَا يُقَدِّمُ شَيْئًا وَلا يُؤَخِّرُهُ، وَلَكنَّ الله يَسْتَخْرجُ بِهِ مِنَ الْبَخِيلِ وَلَا وَفَاءَ لِنَذْرٍ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ الله، وَكَفَارَتُهُ كفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ".
