The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to teach us tashahhud as he would teach us a Sura of the Qur'an.
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يُعَلِّمُنَا التَّشَهُّدَ كَمَا يُعَلِّمُنَا السُّورَةَ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ

عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُعَلِّمُنَا التَّشَهُّدَ كَمَا يُعَلِّمُنَا السُّورَةَ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , used to teach us the Tashahhud and the Khutbah, just as he would teach us a Surah from the Quran, beginning with "All greetings, prayers, and good words belong to Allah" until his saying, "His servant and Messenger."
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُعَلِّمُنَا التَّشَهُّدَ وَالْخُطْبَةَ كَمَا يُعَلِّمُنَا السُّورَةَ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ «التَّحِيَّاتُ لِلَّهِ وَالصَّلَوَاتُ وَالطَّيِّبَاتُ» إِلَى قَوْلِهِ «عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ»
[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ used to teach us the tashahhud, just as he would teach us a Surah from the Quran, and he would say, "Learn it, for there is no prayer without the tashahhud."
كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يُعَلِّمُنَا التَّشَهُّدَ كَمَا يُعَلِّمُنَا السُّورَةَ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ وَيَقُولُ «تَعَلَّمُوا؛ فَإِنَّهُ لَا صَلَاةَ إِلَّا بِالتَّشَهُّدِ»

"كَانَ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ يُعَلِّمُنَا التَّشَهُّدَ كَمَا يُعَلِّمُنَا السُورَةَ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ".
"عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ قَالَ: كَانَ عَبْدُ اللهِ يُعَلِّمُنَا التَّشَهُّدَ كَمَا يُعَلِّمُنَا السُّورَةَ مِنْ القُرْآنِ فَيَأخُذُ عَلَيْنَا فِيهِ الأَلِفَ وَالوَاوَ".
"كَانَ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ يُعَلِّمُنَا التَّشَهُّدَ كَمَا يُعَلِّمُنَا السُّورَةَ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ".
