[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , he said, "Whoever peeks from behind a curtain at a people, his eye will be gouged out."

الطبراني:٨٠٢٩ – حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ أَبِي حَكِيمٍ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنِ اطَّلَعَ مِنْ سُتْرَةٍ إِلَى قَوْمٍ فَفُقِئَتْ عَيْنُهُ فَهِي هَدْرٌ»

The Prophet ﷺ said: If anyone peeps into the house of a people without their permission and he knocks out his eye, no responsibility is incurred for his eye. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 5172)

أحمد:١٠٨٢٦ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنِي حَمَّادٌ عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ اطَّلَعَ فِي دَارِ قَوْمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَفُقِئَتْ عَيْنُهُ هُدِرَتْ

ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ بِأَنَّ قَوْلَهُ ﷺ «مَا كَانَ عَلَيْكَ جُنَاحٌ» أَرَادَ بِهِ نَفْيَ الْقِصَاصِ وَالدِّيَةِ
