"Whoever looks into a house without the permission of the occupants and they put out his eye, he has no right to blood money or retaliation." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4860)
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنِ اطَّلَعَ فِي بَيْتِ قَوْمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَفَقَؤُوا عَيْنَهُ فَلَا دِيَةَ وَلَا قِصَاصَ»
He who peeped into the house of people without their consent, it is permissible for them to put out his eyes.
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنِ اطَّلَعَ فِي بَيْتِ قَوْمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَقَدْ حَلَّ لَهُمْ أَنْ يَفْقَئُوا عَيْنَهُ
"Whoever looks into a house without the permission of the occupants and they put out his eye, he has no right to blood money or retaliation."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنِ اطَّلَعَ فِي بَيْتِ قَوْمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَفَقَئُوا عَيْنَهُ فَلاَ دِيَةَ لَهُ وَلاَ قِصَاصَ
The Prophet ﷺ said: If anyone peeps into the house of a people without their permission and he knocks out his eye, no responsibility is incurred for his eye.
أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنِ اطَّلَعَ فِي دَارِ قَوْمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَفَقَأُوا عَيْنَهُ فَقَدْ هَدَرَتْ عَيْنُهُ
"Whoever looks into a house without the permission of the occupants and they put out his eye, he has no right to blood money or retaliation." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4860)
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنِ اطَّلَعَ فِي بَيْتِ قَوْمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَفَقَئُوا عَيْنَهُ فَلَا دِيَةَ لَهُ وَلَا قِصَاصَ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever looks at a people inside their house without their permission, it is permissible for them to blind his eye."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنِ اطَّلَعَ عَلَى قَوْمٍ فِي بَيْتِهِمْ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَقَدْ حَلَّ لَهُمْ أَنْ يَفْقَئُوا عَيْنَهُ

"مَنِ اطَّلَعَ في بَيتِ قَوْمٍ بِغَيرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَقَدْ حلَّ لَهُمْ أَنْ يَفْقَأوا عَينه".
"مَنِ اطَّلَعَ في دَارِ قَوْمٍ بغَير إِذْنِهم فَفَقَأُوا عينيه فَلَا دِيَة له وَلَا قِصَاصَ".
"مَنِ اطَّلَعَ في بَيتِ قَوْمٍ بغَير إِذْنٍ فَفَقأُوا عَينَهُ فَلَا دِيَةَ لَهُ وَلَا قِصَاصَ"
