The Prophet ﷺ said: If anyone peeps into the house of a people without their permission and he knocks out his eye, no responsibility is incurred for his eye.  

أبو داود:٥١٧٢ – حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ مَنِ اطَّلَعَ فِي دَارِ قَوْمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَفَقَأُوا عَيْنَهُ فَقَدْ هَدَرَتْ عَيْنُهُ

"Whoever looks into a house without the permission of the occupants and they put out his eye, he has no right to blood money or retaliation."
