The Prophet ﷺ said: When one has a look into the house, then there is no (need of) permission.

أبو داود:٥١٧٣ – حَدَّثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ يَعْنِي ابْنَ بِلاَلٍ عَنْ كَثِيرٍ عَنْ وَلِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا دَخَلَ الْبَصَرُ فَلاَ إِذْنَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا دَخَلَ الْبَصَرُ فَلَا إِذْنَ

adab:1082 –

Abu Hurayra reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If someone looks inside, he should not be given permission to enter."

الأدب المفرد:١٠٨٢ – حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي كَثِيرُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا أَدْخَلَ الْبَصَرَ فَلاَ إِذْنَ لَهُ

adab:1089 –

Abu Hurayra said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When the eye enters, permission to enter should not be given."

الأدب المفرد:١٠٨٩ – حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

The Prophet ﷺ said: When one has a look into the house, then there is no (need of) permission. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 5173)

السيوطي:١٧٦٤a –

"إِذا دَخَلَ البَصَرُ فلا إِذْنَ".

[د] أبو داود [ق] البيهقى في السنن عن أبي هريرة (في إسناده كثير بن زيد الأسلمي مولاهم المدني أبو محمد. ولا يحتج به اهـ منذرى. قوله: "إذ دخل البصرُ فلا إذن" يوضحه الحديثُ الآخر عن عبادة بن الصامت أن رسول الله ﷺ سئل عن الإستئذان في البيوتِ؟ فقال: "من دخلت عينُه قبل أن يستأذن فلا إذن له، وقد عصى ربه". رواه الطبراني من حديث إسحاق بن يحيى عن عبادة، ولم يسمع منه، ورواته ثقات أهـ، من ترغيب المنذرى)
