I said to Nafi: What is that which you heard Ibn, Umar declaring permissible for a Muhrim to kill some of the beasts? Nafi, said to me that 'Abdullah had reported: I heard Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: Five are the beasts in killing which or their being killed, there is no sin: crow, kite, scorpion, rat and voracious dog.

Abu Hurairah reported the Apostle of Allaah ﷺ as saying There are five(creatures) the killing of which is lawful in the sacred territory. The Snake, the Scorpion, the Kite, the Rat and the biting Dog.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ خَمْسٌ قَتْلُهُنَّ حَلاَلٌ فِي الْحَرَمِ الْحَيَّةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ

The Prophet said: "The Muhrim may kill the wild beast of prey, the rabid dog, the mouse, the scorpion, the kite, and the crow."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ يَقْتُلُ الْمُحْرِمُ السَّبُعَ الْعَادِيَ وَالْكَلْبَ الْعَقُورَ وَالْفَأْرَةَ وَالْعَقْرَبَ وَالْحِدَأَةَ وَالْغُرَابَ
“There are five vermin that might be killed whether one is in or outside the sacred precincts: the snake, the speckled crow, the mouse, the vicious dog, and the kite.”

[Machine] Translator: Ibn Abbas narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "There are five creatures, all of them are sinful, and they are to be killed by the prohibitions. They are the mouse, the scorpion, the snake, the dog of the pasture, and the crow."
عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ خَمْسٌ كُلُّهُنَّ فَاسِقَةٌ يَقْتُلُهُنَّ الْمُحْرِمُ وَيُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحَرَمِ الْفَأْرَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْحَيَّةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْغُرَابُ
Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "It is not sinful of a person in the state of Ihram to kill any of these five animals: The scorpion, the rat, the rabid dog, the crow and the kite." (Using translation from Bukhārī 3315)

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ خَمْسٌ فَوَاسِقُ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحِلِّ وَالْحَرَمِ الْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْحُدَيَّا وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'There are five kinds of vermin that may be killed in the Haram: Scorpions, mice, crows, vicious dogs, and kites." (Sahih) Chaper 120. The Prohibition Of Disturbing The Game Of The Haram (Using translation from Nasāʾī 2891)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لِيَقْتُلِ الْمُحْرِمُ الْفَأْرَةَ وَالْغُرَابَ وَالْحِدَأَ وَالْكَلْبَ الْعَقُورَ وَالْعَقْرَبَ
Abu Hurairah reported the Apostle of Allaah ﷺ as saying There are five(creatures) the killing of which is lawful in the sacred territory. The Snake, the Scorpion, the Kite, the Rat and the biting Dog. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1847)
أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِقَتْلِ خَمْسِ فَوَاسِقَ فِي الْحِلِّ وَالْحَرَمِ الْحِدَأَةِ وَالْعَقْرَبِ وَالْفَأْرَةِ وَالْغُرَابِ وَالْكَلْبِ الْعَقُورِ

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ كُلُّهُنَّ فَاسِقٌ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحِلِّ وَالْحَرَمِ الْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُوَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ

[Machine] Regarding what animals are prohibited to kill, Az-Zuhri was asked by Urwah ibn Az-Zubair and he informed me that Aisha, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ , said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "There are five animals from among the animals that are all sinners, and they should be killed in the sanctuary: the wild dog, the scorpion, the owl, the crow, and the rat."
عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَمَّا يَقْتُلُ الْمُحْرِمُ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ أَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ كُلُّهُنَّ فَاسِقٌ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحَرَمِ الْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْحُدَيَّا وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ
“There are five vermin that might be killed whether one is in or outside the sacred precincts: the snake, the speckled crow, the mouse, the vicious dog, and the kite.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3087)
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ خَمْسٌ فَوَاسِقُ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحِلِّ وَالْحَرَمِ الْحَيَّةُ وَالْغُرَابُ الْأَبْقَعُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ
the Prophet said "There are five kinds of animals for which there is no sin on the one who kills them when he is in a state of Ihram: Kites, mice, vicious dogs, scorpions and crows." (Sahih) Chpater 87. Killing Kites (Using translation from Nasāʾī 2832)
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ فِي قَتْلِ مَنْ قُتِلَ مِنْهُنَّ الْغُرَابُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ
ذِكْرُ الْإِبَاحَةِ لِلْمُحْرِمِ قَتْلَ الضَّرَّارَاتِ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ
“There are five animals, for which there is no sin on a person if he kills them” – or he said: “if he kills them when in Ihram – the scorpion, the crow, the kite, the mouse and the vicious dog.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3088)
