It was narrated from Ibn Abu Rafi’, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Prophet ﷺ killed a scorpion while he was praying.  

ابن ماجة:١٢٤٧ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى حَدَّثَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ جَمِيلٍ حَدَّثَنَا مَنْدَلٌ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَتَلَ عَقْرَبًا وَهُوَ فِي الصَّلاَةِ

الطبراني:٩٤٠ – حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْقَطِرَانِيُّ ثنا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ ثنا حِبَّانُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ

«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَتَلَ عَقْرَبًا وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي»

The Prophet ﷺ said: Kill the two black things during prayer, the snake and scorpion. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 921)   

السيوطي:٣٨٩٨a –

"اقتلوا الأسْوَدَين في الصلاة: الحيَّة والعقربَ ".
