ذِكْرُ الْإِخْبَارِ عَنْ جَوَازِ أَكْلِ الذَّبِيحِ بِغَيْرِ حَدِيدٍ

[Machine] "He caught two rabbits and slaughtered them by cutting their throats with a knife. Then, he asked the Prophet ﷺ , who instructed him to eat them."  

ابن حبّان:٥٨٨٧أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ الْجُمَحِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدُ بْنُ مُسَرْهَدٍ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الْأَحْوَلِ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ صَفْوَانَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ

اصَّدْتُ أَرْنَبَيْنِ فَذَبَحْتُهُمَا بِمَرْوَةٍ فَسَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْهُمَا فَأَمَرَنِي بِأَكْلِهِمَا

[Machine] "He hunted two rabbits but did not find a knife to slaughter them with. So, he slaughtered them with a stick. Then, he came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ who instructed him to eat them."

a wolf attacked a sheep so they slaughtered it with a Marwah, and the Prophet allowed it to be eaten. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4407)

«أَنَّ جَارِيَةً لَهُمْ سَوْدَاءَ ذَبَحَتْ شَاةً لَهُمْ بِمَرْوَةٍ فَسَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَأَمَرَنَا بِأَكْلِهَا»
