42. Annulment and Divorce
٤٢۔ كِتَابُ الْخُلْعِ وَالطَّلَاقِ

اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ ؓ عِدَّتُهَا عِدَّةُ الْمُطَلَّقَةِ
[Machine] That a man divorced his wife in the reign of Uthman, without the authority of a ruler, so Uthman approved (the divorce).
أَنَّ رَجُلًا خَلَعَ امْرَأَتَهُ فِي وِلَايَةِ عُثْمَانَ ؓ عِنْدَ غَيْرِ سُلْطَانٍ فَأَجَازَهُ عُثْمَانُ ؓ
