Ibn 'Umar said, "The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade anyone forcing a man to rise from his seat so that someone else could sit in his place."  

الأدب المفرد:١١٥٣حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ

عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ نَهَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ يُقِيمَ الرَّجُلَ مِنَ الْمَجْلِسِ ثُمَّ يَجْلِسُ فِيهِ

The Prophet ﷺ said, "A man should not make another man get up from his (the latter's) seat (in a gathering) in order to sit there.  

البخاري:٦٢٦٩حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ

None of you should make another one stand in the meeting and then occupy his place.
