adab:1153 –

Ibn 'Umar said, "The Prophet ﷺ forbade anyone forcing a man to rise from his seat so that someone else could sit in his place."

الأدب المفرد:١١٥٣ – حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ

عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ نَهَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَنْ يُقِيمَ الرَّجُلَ مِنَ الْمَجْلِسِ ثُمَّ يَجْلِسُ فِيهِ

The Prophet ﷺ said, "A man should not make another man get up from his (the latter's) seat (in a gathering) in order to sit there.

البخاري:٦٢٦٩ – حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يُقِيمُ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ثُمَّ يَجْلِسُ فِيهِ

muslim:2177a – [Chain 1] Qutaybah b. Saʿīd > Layth [Chain 2] Muḥammad b. Rumḥ b. al-Muhājir > al-Layth > Nāfiʿ > Ibn ʿUmar

None of you should make another one stand in the meeting and then occupy his place.
