The Prophet ﷺ said: Make a mention of the virtues of your dead, and refrain from (mentioning) their evils.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ اذْكُرُوا مَحَاسِنَ مَوْتَاكُمْ وَكُفُّوا عَنْ مَسَاوِيهِمْ
