[Machine] Al-Qa'nabi narrated that Bakr bin Sahl narrated from Abdullah bin Yusuf, all of them from Malik bin Anas, from Abdullah bin Abi Bakr, from Humaid bin Nafi', from Zainab bint Umm Salamah who said: I entered upon Zainab bint Jahsh when her brother died, so she called for a perfume and touched it. Then she said, "I have no need for perfume, but I heard the Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , saying, 'It is not permissible for a woman who believes in Allah and the Last Day to mourn for a dead person for more than three days except for her husband for four months and ten days.'"
