[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to perform two light prostrations when dawn became clear before the prayer.  

الطبراني:١٩٧٢٥حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنْبَاعِ رَوْحُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ قَالَ ثنا أَبُو زَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي الْعُمَرِ ثنا مُفَضَّلُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ الطَّوِيلِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ حَفْصَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يُصَلِّي سَجْدَتَيْنِ خَفِيفَتَيْنِ حِينَ يَتَبَيَّنُ الْفَجْرُ قَبْلَ الصَّلَاةِ

Told him that when the Muaddhin fell silent, Messenger of Allah ﷺ would pray two brief rak'ahs. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1772)
