عُمَرُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ، عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ

[Machine] The Prophet (PBUH) said, "Whoever visits a sick person, it is as if he is plunging into mercy, and when he sits with him, he is interceding for him."  

الطبراني:١٦٣١٥ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الْمُؤَدِّبُ ثنا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ ثنا أَبُو مَعْشَرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي الْحَكَمِ قَالَ دَخَلَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ عَلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ يَعُودُهُ فَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ يَا أَبَا حَفْصٍ حَدِّثْنَا حَدِيثًا لَيْسَ فِيهِ اخْتِلَافٌ فَقَالَ حَدَّثَنِي كَعْبُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «مِنْ عَادَ مَرِيضًا خَاضَ فِي الرَّحْمَةِ فَإِذَا جَلَسَ عِنْدَهُ اسْتَشْفَعَ فِيهَا»
