Ibn 'Abbas reported that Messenger of Allah ﷺ pronounced judgment on the basis of an oath and a witness (by the plaintiff).

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِيَمِينٍ وَشَاهِدٍ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Profit follows responsibility.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْخَرَاجُ بِالضَّمَانِ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave a decision on the basis of an oath and a single witness.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِيَمِينٍ وَشَاهِدٍ

The Prophet ﷺ gave a decision on the basis of an oath and a single witness. Abu Dawud said: Al-Rabi' bin Sulaiman al-Mu'adhdhin told me some additional words in this tradition: Al-Shafi'i told me from 'Abd al-'Aziz. I then mentioned it fo Suhail who said: Rabi'ah told me - and he is reliable in my opinion - that I told him this (tradition) and I do not remember it. 'Abd al-'Aziz said: Suhail suffered from some disease which caused him to lose a little of his intelligence, and he forgot some of his traditions. Thereafter Suhail would narrate traditions from Rabi'ah on the authority of his father.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ

"Water is for water' is only about the wet dream."

إِنَّمَا الْمَاءُ مِنَ الْمَاءِ فِي الاِحْتِلاَمِ

That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ judged: "The produce is for the responsible one."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَضَى أَنَّ الْخَرَاجَ بِالضَّمَانِ

"The Prophet ﷺ passed judgement based on oath along with a witness."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ

"The Prophet ﷺ passed judgement based on an oath along with one witness." He said: "And 'Ali judged between you based on it."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ الْوَاحِدِ قَالَ وَقَضَى بِهَا عَلِيٌّ فِيكُمْ

"Water is for Water." [1] [1] That is, water for peforming Ghusl is obligatory when the ejaculation of water (semen) occurs.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ الْمَاءُ مِنَ الْمَاءِ

" The Messenger of Allah ruled that what a slave earns belongs to his guarantor."

قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَنَّ الْخَرَاجَ بِالضَّمَانِ

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Water (of bath) is for water (of seminal discharge).'"

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْمَاءُ مِنَ الْمَاءِ

the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled that what a slave earns belongs to his guarantor.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَضَى أَنَّ خَرَاجَ الْعَبْدِ بِضَمَانِهِ

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ made an oath by raising his hand with a witness. Umar said, "Indeed, this is only regarding wealth."

الْمَيِّتُ يَعْرِفُ مَنْ يُغَسِّلُهُ وَيَحْمِلُهُ وَيُدَلِّيهِ قَالَ فَقُمْتُ مِنْ عِنْدِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ إِلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ فَمَرَّ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ فَقَالَ لَهُ مِمَّنْ سَمِعْتَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ؟ قَالَ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ

[AI] "The Prophet ﷺ said to him, 'O my son.'"

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لَهُ يَا بُنَيَّ

[AI] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said, "A person will be with those whom he loves."

[AI] That the Prophet ﷺ has decreed that the kharaaj (land tax) should be paid with guarantees.

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَضَى أَنَّ الْخَرَاجَ بِالضَّمَانِ

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said, "No one is prevented from drawing water from a well."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا يُمْنَعُ نَقْعُ مَاءٍ فِي بِئْرٍ

Yahya said, "Malik said from Jafar ibn Muhammad from his father that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ pronounced judgement on the basis of an oath with one witness."

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ

From Malik from Abu'z-Zinad that Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz wrote to Abd al-Hamid ibn Abd ar-Rahman ibn Zayd ibn al-Khattab who was the governor of Kufa, "Pronounce judgement on the basis of an oath with one witness."

أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ كَتَبَ إِلَى عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ وَهُوَ عَامِلٌ عَلَى الْكُوفَةِ أَنِ اقْضِ بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ

[AI] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ, he said, "It is not appropriate for a believer to be foul-mouthed."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يَنْبَغِي لِلْمُؤْمِنِ أَنْ يَكُونَ لَعَّانًا»

[AI] The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Indeed, the believer is to the believer like a building, each part supporting and strengthening the other."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ الْمُؤْمِنَ لِلْمُؤْمِنِ كَالْبُنْيَانِ يَشُدُّ بَعْضُهُ بَعْضًا»

It was narrated from Zaid bin Thabit that the Prophet ruled that 'Umra (a gift given for life) belongs to the heir. (Using translation from Nasāʾī 3722)

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said, "There is no ablution for the one who does not send blessings upon the Prophet ﷺ ."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا وُضُوءَ لِمَنْ لَمْ يُصَلِّ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ»

[AI] "That the Prophet ﷺ ruled by the testimony of witnesses and an oath."

«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَضَى بِشَاهِدٍ وَيَمِينٍ»

[AI] "That the Prophet ﷺ settled in the neighborhood."

«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَضَى بِالْجِوَارِ»

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said, "The neighbor has more right to the house."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالدَّارِ»

[AI] That the Prophet ﷺ said, "Loyalty is for those who set others free."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «الْوَلَاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ»

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Loyalty belongs to the one who frees (a slave)."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «الْوَلَاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ»

[AI] "The water is from water in infiltration."

«الْمَاءُ مِنَ الْمَاءِ فِي الِاحْتِلَامِ»

[AI] From the Prophet ﷺ, he said, "A person will be with those whom he loves."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «الْمَرْءُ مَع مَنْ أَحَبَّ»

[AI] That the Prophet ﷺ said, "The counselor is trustworthy."
