"لَيسَ مِنَّا مَنْ انْتَهَبَ أوْ سَلَبَ أوْ أَشَارَ بالسَّلْبِ".  

[طب] الطبرانى في الكبير [ك] الحاكم في المستدرك [ض] ضياء المقدسي في مختاره عن ابن عباس

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "He is not one of us who steals, robs, or signals towards theft." Bukhari cited Abu Kudaynah Yahya ibn al-Muhallab as evidence.  

الحاكم:٢٦٠٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْبَلْخِيُّ ثنا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ثنا أَبُو كُدَيْنَةَ عَنْ قَابُوسَ بْنِ أَبِي ظَبْيَانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنِ انْتَهَبَ أَوْ سَلَبَ أَوْ أَشَارَ بِالسَّلَبِ» قَدِ احْتَجَّ الْبُخَارِيُّ بِأَبِي كُدَيْنَةَ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْمُهَلَّبِ «وَ  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» واحتج البخاري بأبي كدينة
