The Prophet ﷺ said, "Do not abuse my companions for if any one of you spent gold equal to Uhud (in Allah's Cause) it would not be equal to a Mudd or even a half Mudd spent by one of them."  

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «لاَ تَسُبُّوا أَصْحَابِي! فَلَوْ أَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ أَنْفَقَ مِثْلَ أُحُدٍ ذَهَبًا مَا بَلَغَ مُدَّ أَحَدِهِمْ وَلاَ نَصِيفَهُ۔»  

Do not revile my Companions; by him in whose hand my soul is, if one of you contributed the amount of gold equivalent to Uhud, it would not amount to as much as the mudd of one of them, or half of it.  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ تَسُبُّوا أَصْحَابِي فَوَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَوْ أَنْفَقَ أَحَدُكُمْ مِثْلَ أُحُدٍ ذَهَبًا مَا بَلَغَ مُدَّ أَحَدِهِمْ وَلاَ نَصِيفَهُ  

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Do not revile my Companions, for by The One in Whose Hand is my soul! If any one of you were to spend the equivalent of Mount Uhud in gold, it would not equal a Mudd spent by anyone of them, nor even half a Mudd."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ تَسُبُّوا أَصْحَابِي فَوَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَوْ أَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ أَنْفَقَ مِثْلَ أُحُدٍ ذَهَبًا مَا أَدْرَكَ مُدَّ أَحَدِهِمْ وَلاَ نَصِيفَهُ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا تَسُبُّوا أَصْحَابِي فَإِنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ لَوْ أَنْفَقَ مِثْلَ أُحُدٍ ذَهَبًا مَا بَلَغَ مُدَّ أَحَدِهِمْ وَلَا نَصِيفَهُ  

[Machine] He said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked: Are we better or those who come after us? The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: If one of them were to spend a mountain of gold, it would not reach the measure of one handspan of any of you, nor even half of it.  

أَنَّهُ قَالَ سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَحْنُ بِخَيْرٍ أَمْ مَنْ بَعْدَنَا؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَوْ أَنْفَقَ أَحَدُهُمْ أُحُدًا ذَهَبًا مَا بَلَغَ مُدَّ أَحَدِكُمْ وَلَا نَصِيفَهُ  

"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Do not revile my Companions, for by The One in Whose Hand is my soul! If any one of you were to spend the equivalent of Mount Uhud in gold, it would not equal a Mudd spent by anyone of them, nor even half a Mudd." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 161)  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا تَسُبُّوا أَصْحَابِي فَوَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَوْ أَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ أَنْفَقَ مِثْلَ أُحُدٍ ذَهَبًا مَا أَدْرَكَ مُدَّ أَحَدِهِمْ وَلَا نَصِيفَهُ»  

[Machine] We asked, "O Messenger of Allah, are we better or those who came after us?" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If one of them had the equivalent of a mountain of gold that he spends in the cause of Allah, it would not reach the level of one of you or even half of it."  

قُلْنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَنَحْنُ خَيْرٌ أَمْ مَنْ بَعْدَنَا؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَوْ أَنَّ لِأَحَدِهِمْ مِثْلَ أَحَدٍ ذَهَبًا يُنْفِقُهُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ مَا بَلَغَ مُدَّ أَحَدِكُمْ وَلَا نَصِيفَهُ»

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا تَسُبُّوا أَصْحَابِي فَلَوْ أَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ أَنْفَقَ مِثْلَ أُحُدٍ ذَهَبًا مَا بَلَغَ مُدَّ أَحَدِهِمْ وَلَا نَصِيفَهُ»  

"دَعُوا لى أصحابِى؛ فإِن أحَدكم لو أَنفق مثلَ أُحُد ذهبًا لم يبلغ مُدَّ أَحدِهم ولا نَصِيفَهُ".  

"لا تَسُبُّوا أَصْحَابِي، فَوَ الَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَوْ أَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ أَنْفَقَ مِثْلَ أُحُدٍ ذَهَبًا مَا بَلَغَ مُدَّ أَحَدِهِمْ وَلَا نَصِيفَهُ".  

"لا تَسُبُّوا أَصْحَابِي، دَعُوا أَصْحَابِي، فَإِنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ لَوْ أَنْفَقَ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ مِثْلَ أُحُدٍ ذَهَبًا مَا بَلَغَ مُدَّ أَحَدِهِمْ وَلَا نَصِيفَهُ".  

"لا تَسُبُّوا أَصْحَابِي، لَعَنَ الله مَنْ سَبَّ أَصْحَابِي، فَوَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَوْ أَنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ أَنْفَقَ مِثْلَ أُحُدٍ ذَهَبًا مَا بَلَغَ مُدَّ أَحَدِهِمْ وَلَا نَصِيفَهُ".  

"لَوْ أَنْفَقَ أَحَدُهُم أُحُدًا ذَهبًا مَا بَلَغَ مُدَّ أَحَدِكمْ وَلَا نَصِيفَه".
