I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: Seek for me weak persons, for you are provided means of subsistence and helped through your weaklings. Abu Dawud said: Zaid b. Artat is the brother of 'Adi b. Artat. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 2594)
"ابُغونى الضعفاءَ فإنما ترزقونَ وتُنْصَرون بضعفائِكمْ".
"I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: 'Bring me the weak, for you only receive provision and Divine support by virtue of your weak ones.'"
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ ابْغُونِي الضَّعِيفَ فَإِنَّكُمْ إِنَّمَا تُرْزَقُونَ وَتُنْصَرُونَ بِضُعَفَائِكُمْ

That he heard the Prophet ﷺ saying: "Seek your weak for me. For indeed you sustenance and aid is only by your weak."
