malik:15-27Mālik > Nuʿaym b. ʿAbdullāh al-Mujmir > ʿAlī b. Yaḥyá al-Zuraqī from his father > Rifāʿah b. Rāfiʿ

Malik related to me from Nuaym ibn Abdullah ibn al-Mujmir from AIi ibn Yahya az-Zuraqi from his father that Rifaa ibn Rafi said, "One day we were praying behind the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ raised his head from ruku and said, 'Allah hears the one who praises Him' (Sami Allahu liman hamidah). A man behind him said, 'Our Lord, praise belongs to you - blessed, pure and abundant praise' (Rabbana wa laka'l hamd, hamdan kathiran tayiban mubarakan fihi). When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had finished, he said, 'Who was it who spoke just now?' The man said, 'I did, Messenger of Allah,' and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'I saw more than thirty angels rushing to it to see which one of them would record it first.' "

ahmad:12713Abū Kāmil > Ḥammād / Ibn Salamah > Qatādah And Thābit Waḥumayd > Anas b. Mālik > a man Jāʾ Waqad Ḥafazah al-Nafas

A man came panting to join the row of worshippers, and said: Allah is most great; praise be to Allah, much praise, good and blessed. When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ finished his prayer, he asked: Which of you is the one who spoke the words? He said nothing wrong. Then the man said: I (said), Messenger of Allah ﷺ; I came and had difficulty in breathing, so I said them. He said: I saw twelve angels racing against one another to be the one to take them to Allah. The narrator Humaid added: When any of you comes for praying, he should walk as usual (i.e. he should not hasten and run quickly); then he should pray as much as he finds it (along with the imam), and should offer the part of the prayer himself (when the prayer is finished) which the Imam had offered before him. [Machine] A man was with the Prophet of Allah ﷺ praising Allah abundantly and beautifully. So the Prophet of Allah ﷺ asked, "Who is the owner of these words?" The man remained silent and thought that the Prophet of Allah ﷺ disapproved of something he disliked. Then the Prophet of Allah ﷺ said, "Who is it? As he did not say anything except the truth." The man said, "I said it, O Messenger of Allah, hoping for goodness through it." The Prophet of Allah ﷺ said, "By the One in whose hand is my soul, I saw thirteen angels competing to raise your words to Allah, the Most High and Blessed."

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed for us one day. When he raised his head from the prostration, he said, "Allah hears the one who praises Him." Then a man behind him said, "Our Lord, to You belong abundant praises, good and blessed." When the Prophet ﷺ finished, he said three times, "Who was the one who spoke earlier?"
