quran:26:130 –

And when you strike, you strike as tyrants.  

And when you assault, to smite or slay, you assault like tyrants, mercilessly!
القرآن:٢٦:١٣٠ –

وَإِذَا بَطَشْتُمْ بَطَشْتُمْ جَبَّارِينَ  

{وإذا بطشتم} بضرب أو قتل {بطشتم جبارين} من غير رأفة.
