[Machine] Aisha said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to wake up in a state of sexual impurity from intimate relations, but would still complete his fast."  

الكبرى للنسائي:٢٩٧٣أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ خَالِدًا يَعْنِي ابْنَ زَيْدٍ أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الشَّامِيُّ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَهُوَ يَطُوفُ بِالْبَيْتِ قُلْتُ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمَّا سَأَلْتَ عَنْهُ عَائِشَةَ وَكَانَ مَرْوَانُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ أَرْسَلَهُ إِلَيْهَا فَقَالَ

قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «يُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا مِنْ جِمَاعٍ غَيْرِ حُلْمٍ فَيُتِمُّ صَوْمَهُ»

Yahya related to me from Malik from Abd Rabbih ibn Said from Abu Bakr ibn Abd ar-Rahman ibn al-Harith ibn Hisham from A'isha and Umm Salama, the wives of the Prophet ﷺ that the Prophet ﷺ used to get up in the morning junub from intercourse, not a dream, in Ramadan, and then he would fast."  

مالك:١٨-١١وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ وَأُمِّ سَلَمَةَ زَوْجَىِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُمَا قَالَتَا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا مِنْ جِمَاعٍ غَيْرِ احْتِلاَمٍ فِي رَمَضَانَ ثُمَّ يَصُومُ  

malik:18-13Mālik > Suma a freed slave of Abū Bakr > Abū Bakr b. ʿAbd al-Raḥman

Yahya related to me from Malik from Sumayy, the mawla of Abu Bakr, from Abu Bakr ibn Abd ar-Rahman that A'isha and Umm Salama, the wives of the Prophet ﷺ said, "The Messengerof Allah ﷺ used to get up in the morning junub from intercourse, not a dream, and would then fast."
