malik:28-27 – Mālik > ʿAbd al-Raḥman b. al-Qāsim from his father > ʿAbd al-Raḥman

Yahya related to me from Malik from Abd ar-Rahman ibn al-Qasim from his father from Abd ar-Rahman and Mujamma the sons of Yazid ibn Jariya al-Ansari from Khansa bint Khidam al-Ansariya that her father gave her in marriage and she had been previously married. She disapproved of that, and went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he revoked the marriage.  

مالك:٢٨-٢٧ – وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ

وَمُجَمِّعٍ ابْنَىْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَارِيَةَ الأَنْصَارِيِّ عَنْ خَنْسَاءَ بِنْتِ خِدَامٍ الأَنْصَارِيَّةِ أَنَّ أَبَاهَا زَوَّجَهَا وَهِيَ ثَيِّبٌ فَكَرِهَتْ ذَلِكَ فَأَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَرَدَّ نِكَاحَهُ

That her father gave her in marriage when she was a matron and she disliked that marriage. So she came and (complained) to the Prophets and he declared that marriage invalid. (See Hadith No. 69, Vol. 7)

It was narrated from Khansa' bint Khidham that her father married her off when she had been previously married, and she was unwilling. She went to the Messenger of Allah and he annulled the marriage.

Khansa’ daughter of Khidham al-Ansariyyah reports that when her father married her when she had previously been married and she disapproved of that she went to the Apostle of Allaah ﷺ and mentioned it to him. He (the Prophet) revoked her marriage.  

أبو داود:٢١٠١ – حَدَّثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَمُجَمِّعٍ ابْنَىْ يَزِيدَ الأَنْصَارِيَّيْنِ عَنْ خَنْسَاءَ بِنْتِ خِدَامٍ الأَنْصَارِيَّةِ

أَنَّ أَبَاهَا زَوَّجَهَا وَهِيَ ثَيِّبٌ فَكَرِهَتْ ذَلِكَ فَجَاءَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَرَدَّ نِكَاحَهَا

أَنَّ أَبَاهَا زَوَّجَهَا وَهِيَ كَارِهَةٌ وَكَانَتْ ثَيِّبًا فَرَدَّ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ نِكَاحَهُ

الدارمي:٢٢٣٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وُمُجَمِّعٍ ابْنَيْ يَزِيدَ ابْنِ جَارِيَةَ

أَنَّ خَنْسَاءَ بِنْتَ خِذَامٍ زَوَّجَهَا أَبُوهَا وَهِيَ ثَيِّبٌ فَكَرِهَتْ ذَلِكَ فَأَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ «فَرَدَّ نِكَاحَهَا»
