Whenever Messenger of Allah ﷺ paid a visit to a patient, or a patient was brought to him, he used to invoke Allah, saying,
adhhibi al-baʾsa, rabb al-nās, ishfi wa-anta al-shāfī, lā shifāʾa illā shifāʾuka, shifāʾan lā yughādiru saqaman
"Take away the disease, O the Lord of the people! Cure him as You are the One Who cures. There is no cure but Yours, a cure that leaves no disease."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا أَتَى مَرِيضًا أَوْ أُتِيَ بِهِ قَالَ:
«أَذْهِبِ الْبَاسَ، رَبَّ النَّاسِ، اشْفِ وَأَنْتَ الشَّافِي، لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ، شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا».
The Prophet ﷺ used to treat some of his wives by passing his right hand over the place of ailment and used to say, "O Lord of the people! Remove the difficulty and bring about healing as You are the Healer. There is no healing but Your Healing, a healing that will leave no ailment."
كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يُعَوِّذُ بَعْضَهُمْ يَمْسَحُهُ بِيَمِينِهِ أَذْهِبِ الْبَاسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ وَاشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي لاَ شِفَاءَ إِلاَّ شِفَاؤُكَ شِفَاءً لاَ يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا
When Messenger of Allah ﷺ visited the sick he would say: Lord of the people. remove the disease, cure him, for Thou art the great Curer, there is no cure but through Thine healing Power, which leaves nothing of the disease.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا عَادَ مَرِيضًا يَقُولُ أَذْهِبِ الْبَاسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ اشْفِهِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي لاَ شِفَاءَ إِلاَّ شِفَاؤُكَ شِفَاءً لاَ يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا
Lord of the people, remove the malady, cure him for Thou art a great Curer. There is no cure but through Thine healing Power which leaves no trouble, and in the narration transmitted on the authority of Abu Bakr there is a slight variation of wording.

“Whenever the Prophet ﷺ would visit an ill person, he would said:‘[O Allah,] make the harm go away, Lord of mankind, and heal him, You are the Healer, there is no healing except your healing, a healing that does not leave any sickness ([Allāhumma] adh-hibil-ba’sa rabban-nās, washfi antash-shāfi, lā shifā’a illā shifā’uka shifā’an lā yughādiru saqama).’”

" عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: دَخَلَ رسُولُ الله ﷺ عَلَى رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ وَهُوَ مَرِيضٌ، فَقَالَ: أَذهِبْ الْبَاسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ، وَاشْفِ وَأَنْتَ الشَّافِى، لاَ شَافِىَ إلَّا أَنْتَ، وَفِى لَفْظٍ: لاَ شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤكُ شِفَاءً لاَ يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا".
"أنَّ رَسُولَ الله ﷺ : كانَ إِذَا دَخَلَ عَلَى مَرِيضٍ قَالَ: أَذهِبِ الْبَاسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ، وَاشْفِ أنْتَ الشَّافِى لاَ شَافِىَ إِلَّا أنتَ شِفَاءً لاَ يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا".
