The Prophet ﷺ used to treat some of his wives by passing his right hand over the place of ailment and used to say, "O Allah, the Lord of the people! Remove the trouble and heal the patient, for You are the Healer. No healing is of any avail but Yours; healing that will leave behind no ailment." (Using translation from Bukhārī 5743)  

الكبرى للنسائي:١٠٧٨٢أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يُعَوِّذُ بَعْضَ أَهْلِهِ يَمْسَحُ بِيَدِهِ وَيَقُولُ «اللهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ أَذْهِبِ الْبَأْسَ وَاشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاءَكَ شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا» قَالَ سُفْيَانُ فَحَدَّثْتُهُ مَنْصُورًا فَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ بِنَحْوِهِ

[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to seek refuge for some of his family members by wiping them with his right hand, saying, 'I seek refuge for you in the Lord of mankind, cure and heal, for indeed, you are the only Curator, there is no cure except for Your cure, which leaves no ailment behind.' Then I mentioned it to Mansur and he narrated it to me from Ibrahim, from Masruq, from Aisha, similar to it."
