دَخَلْتُ أَنَا وَثَابِتٌ عَلَى أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ فَقَالَ ثَابِتٌ يَا أَبَا حَمْزَةَ اشْتَكَيْتُ فَقَالَ أَنَسٌ أَلاَ أَرْقِيكَ بِرُقْيَةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ بَلَى قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ مُذْهِبَ الْبَاسِ اشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي لاَ شَافِيَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ شِفَاءً لاَ يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا
Lord of the people, remove the malady, cure him for Thou art a great Curer. There is no cure but through Thine healing Power which leaves no trouble, and in the narration transmitted on the authority of Abu Bakr there is a slight variation of wording.

When Messenger of Allah ﷺ visited the sick he would say: Lord of the people. remove the disease, cure him, for Thou art the great Curer, there is no cure but through Thine healing Power, which leaves nothing of the disease.

“Whenever the Prophet ﷺ would visit an ill person, he would said:‘[O Allah,] make the harm go away, Lord of mankind, and heal him, You are the Healer, there is no healing except your healing, a healing that does not leave any sickness ([Allāhumma] adh-hibil-ba’sa rabban-nās, washfi antash-shāfi, lā shifā’a illā shifā’uka shifā’an lā yughādiru saqama).’”

"عَنْ عليٍّ قال: كان رسول الله ﷺ إذا دخل على مريض قال: أَذْهِبِ البأس ربَّ الناسِ، واشف أنت الشافى لا شافى إلا أنت".
"كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا عَادَ مَرِيضًا وَضَعَ يَدَهُ عَلَى رَأسِهِ فَقَالَ: أَذْهِبِ البَأسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ، وَاشْفِ أَنْتَ الشافِى، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّى أَسْأَلُكَ لِفُلاَنِ بْنِ فُلاَن شفَاءً لاَ يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا".
"عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِذَا عَادَ مَرِيضًا وَضَعَ يَدَهُ عَلَى بَعْضِهِ وَقَالَ: أَذْهِبِ البَاسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ، وَاشْفِ وَأَنْتَ الشَّافِي شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا".
