[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When one of you prays, let him pray towards a barrier and let him stand close to his barrier, for indeed, the Shaytan passes between him and it." The Shaykh said, "The chain of narrators has been established by Sufyan bin 'Uyaynah, who is a reliable authority."  

البيهقي:٣٤٧٨أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ قَالَ قُرِئَ عَلَى ابْنِ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَكَ دَاوُدُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ الْمَدَنِيُّ أَنَّ نَافِعَ بْنَ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ حَدَّثَهُ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ إِذَا صَلَّى أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيُصَلِّ إِلَى سُتْرَةٍ وَلْيَدْنُ مِنْ سُتَرْتِهِ فَإِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ يَمُرُّ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَهَا قَالَ الشَّيْخُ قَدْ أَقَامَ إِسْنَادَهُ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ وَهُوَ حَافِظٌ حُجَّةٌ
