[Machine] "He ﷺ said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, from Mina to a non-walled area, I came riding on a donkey while at that time I was exhausted from tireless anticipation. I passed by some rows and descended from the donkey, letting it graze, and I entered among the people and no one objected to me."

البيهقي:٣٤٧٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الْعَدْلُ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ثنا مَالِكٌ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّهُ قَالَ صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِمِنًى إِلَى غَيْرِ جِدَارٍ فَجِئْتُ رَاكِبًا عَلَى حِمَارٍ لِي وَأَنَا يَوْمَئِذٍ قَدْ رَاهَقْتُ الِاحْتِلَامَ فَمَرَرْتُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ بَعْضِ الصَّفِّ فَنَزَلْتُ وَأَرْسَلْتُ الْحِمَارَ يَرْتَعُ وَدَخَلْتُ مَعَ النَّاسِ فَلَمْ يُنْكِرْ ذَلِكَ عَلَيَّ أَحَدٌ

رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ عَنْ مَالِكٍ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ عَنِ الشَّافِعِيِّ قَالَ قَوْلُ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ إِلَى غَيْرِ جِدَارٍ يَعْنِي وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ إِلَى غَيْرِ سُتْرَةٍ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ وَهَذِهِ اللَّفْظَةُ ذَكَرَهَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ فِي كِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِكِ وَرَوَاهُ فِي كِتَابِ الصَّلَاةِ دُونَ هَذِهِ اللَّفْظَةِ وَرَوَاهُ الشَّافِعِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ عَنْهُ فِي الْقَدِيمِ كَمَا رَوَاهُ فِي الْمَنَاسِكِ وَفِي الْجَدِيدِ كَمَا رَوَاهُ فِي الصَّلَاةِ

Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Ubaydullah ibn Abdullah ibn Utba ibn Masud that Abdullah ibn Abbas said, "I approached, riding on a donkey, while the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was leading the people in prayer at Mina, and I was, at that time, nearing puberty. I passed in front of part of the row, dismounted, sent the donkey off to graze, and then joined the row, and no one rebuked me for doing so."

مالك:٩-٤٣ – حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
