"The Messenger of Allah was asked about a man who divorced his wife, and she married another man who had a closed meeting with her then divorced her, before having intercourse with her. Is it permissible for her to remarry the first husband? The Messenger of Allah said: 'No, not until the second one tastes her sweetness and she tastes his sweetness.'"  

سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ فَتَزَوَّجَتْ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ فَدَخَلَ بِهَا ثُمَّ طَلَّقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يُوَاقِعَهَا أَتَحِلُّ لِلأَوَّلِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لاَ حَتَّى يَذُوقَ الآخَرُ عُسَيْلَتَهَا وَتَذُوقَ عُسَيْلَتَهُ  

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about a man who divorced his wife three times, and she married another who entered upon her, but divorced her before having intercourse with her, whether she was lawful for the former husband. She said: The Prophet ﷺ replied: She is not lawful for the first (husband) until she tastes the honey of the other husband and he tastes her honey.  

سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ يَعْنِي ثَلاَثًا فَتَزَوَّجَتْ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ فَدَخَلَ بِهَا ثُمَّ طَلَّقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يُوَاقِعَهَا أَتَحِلُّ لِزَوْجِهَا الأَوَّلِ قَالَتْ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ لاَ تَحِلُّ لِلأَوَّلِ حَتَّى تَذُوقَ عُسَيْلَةَ الآخَرِ وَيَذُوقَ عُسَيْلَتَهَا  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about a man who had a woman under his authority and divorced her three times. She then married another man, but he divorced her before consummating the marriage. Is it permissible for her to go back to her first husband? The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, "No, until the second husband has tasted her and she has tasted him."  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ كَانَتْ تَحْتَهُ امْرَأَةٌ فَطَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا فَتَزَوَّجَتْ بَعْدَهُ رَجُلًا فَطَلَّقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا أَتَحِلُّ لِزَوْجِهَا الْأَوَّلِ؟ قَالَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا حَتَّى يَكُونَ الْآخَرُ قَدْ ذَاقَ مِنْ عُسَيْلَتِهَا وَذَاقَتْ مِنْ عُسَيْلَتِهِ  

"The Messenger of Allah was asked about a man who divorced his wife, and she married another man who had a closed meeting with her then divorced her, before having intercourse with her. "عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: سُئلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ

فَتَزَوَّجَتْ زَوْجًا غيره فَدَخَلَ بِهَا، ثُمَّ طَلَّقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يُوَاقِعَهَا، أَتَحِلُّ لِزَوْجِهَا الأَوَّلِ؟ قَالَ: لَا، حتَّى يَذُوقَ عُسَيْلَتَهَا، وَتَذُوقَ عُسَيْلَتَهُ".
