[Machine] I said, "O Messenger of Allah, I am a man who buys and sells these goods, so what is permissible for me from it and what is forbidden for me from it?" He said, "Do not sell anything until you receive it."
قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنِّي رَجُلٌ أَبْتَاعُ هَذِهِ الْبُيُوعَ وَأَبِيعُهَا فَمَا يَحِلُّ لِي مِنْهَا وَمَا يَحْرُمُ عَلَيَّ مِنْهَا؟ قَالَ «لَا تَبِيعَنَّ شَيْئًا حَتَّى تَقْبِضَهُ»

[Machine] He informed him, saying, "I said, 'O Messenger of Allah, I buy goods, so what is permissible for me from it and what is prohibited for me?' He said, 'When you buy a commodity, do not sell it until you possess it.'"
أَخْبَرَهُ قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنِّي أَشْتَرِي بُيُوعًا فَمَا يَحِلُّ لِي مِنْهَا وَمَا يُحَرَّمُ عَلَيَّ قَالَ فَإِذَا اشْتَرَيْتَ بَيْعًا فَلَا تَبِعْهُ حَتَّى تَقْبِضَهُ
[Machine] He said, I said, "O Messenger of Allah, I am a man who buys goods, so what is permissible for me from them and what is forbidden for me?" He said, "O son of my brother, when you make a purchase, do not sell it until you have received it."
قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي رَجُلٌ أَشْتَرِي الْمَتَاعَ فَمَا الَّذِي يَحِلُّ لِي مِنْهَا وَمَا يَحْرُمُ عَلَيَّ فَقَالَ «يَا بْنَ أَخِي إِذَا ابْتَعْتَ بَيْعًا فَلَا تَبِعْهُ حَتَّى تَقْبِضَهُ»
[Machine] "O Messenger of Allah, I engage in many different types of business transactions. What is permissible for me among them and what is forbidden?" He replied, "Do not sell something that you do not possess."
يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنِّي أَبِيعُ بُيُوعًا كَثِيرَةً فَمَا يَحِلُّ لِي مِنْهَا مِمَّا يَحْرُمُ عَلَيَّ؟ فَقَالَ «لَا تَبِيعَنَّ مَا لَمْ تَقْبِضْ»
"قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ! إِنِّى أَشْتَرِى بُيُوعًا فَمَا يَحِلُّ لِى مِنْهَا وَمَا يَحْرُمُ عَلَىَّ؟ قَالَ: يابْنَ أَخِى! إِذَا اشْتَرَيْتَ مِنْهَا بَيْعًا فَلَا تَبِعْهُ حَتَّى تَقْبِضَهُ".
