When the Prophet ﷺ said: "Sami Allahu liman hamidah (Allah hears the one who praises Him),' he said: "Allahumma Rabbana wa lakal-hamd, mil'as-samawati wa mil'al-ardi wa mil'ama shi'ta min shai'in ba'd ( O Allah, our Lord, to You be the Praise, filling the heavens, filling the Earth, and filling whatever else You will.)"  

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا قَالَ سَمِعَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا لَكَ الْحَمْدُ مِلْءَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَمِلْءَ الأَرْضِ وَمِلْءَ مَا شِئْتَ مِنْ شَىْءٍ بَعْدُ  

“Sami’ Allahu liman hamidah (Allah hears those who praise Him),” he said: “Rabbana wa lakal-hamd (O our Lord, to You is the praise).”  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا قَالَ سَمِعَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ قَالَ رَبَّنَا وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ  

“When the Imam says: ‘Sami’ Allahu liman hamidah (Allah hears those who praise Him),’ say: ‘Allahumma, Rabbana wa lakal-hamd (O Allah! O our Lord! To You is the praise).’”  

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ إِذَا قَالَ الإِمَامُ سَمِعَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ فَقُولُوا اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ  

“When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ raised his head from Ruku’, he said: ‘Sami’ Allahu liman hamidah, Allahumma, Rabbana lakal-hamd, mil’ as-samawati wa mil’ al- ard wa mil’ ma shi’ta min shay’in ba’d (Allah hears those who praise Him. O Allah! O our Lord, to You is the praise as much as fills the heavens, as much as fills the earth and as much as You will after that).’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 878)   

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا قَالَ سَمِعَ اللهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ قَالَ اللهُمَّ رَبَّنَا لَكَ الْحَمْدُ مِلْءَ السَّمَاءِ وَمِلْءَ الْأَرْضِ وَمِلْءَ مَا شِئْتَ مِنْ شَيْءٍ بَعْدُ  

“When the Imam says: ‘Sami’ Allahu liman hamidah (Allah hears those who praise Him),’ say: ‘Rabbana wa lakal-hamd (O our Lord, to You is the praise).’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 876)   

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ وَإِذَا قَالَ الْإِمَامُ سَمِعَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ فَقُولُوا رَبَّنَا وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ  

When the Prophet ﷺ said: "Sami Allahu liman hamidah (Allah hears the one who praises Him),' he said: "Allahumma Rabbana wa lakal-hamd, mil'as-samawati wa mil'al-ardi wa mil'ama shi'ta min shai'in ba'd ( O Allah, our Lord, to You be the Praise, filling the heavens, filling the Earth, and filling whatever else You will.)" أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا قَالَ «سَمِعَ اللهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ» قَالَ «اللهُمَّ رَبِّنَا لَكَ الْحَمْدُ مِلْءَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَمِلْءَ الْأَرْضِ وَمِلْءَ مَا شِئْتَ مِنْ شَيْءٍ بَعْدُ»  

[Machine] Oh Allah, our Lord, all praise is due to You. Oh Allah, with Your support and strength, I stand and sit.  

اللهُمَّ رَبَّنَا وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ اللهُمَّ بِحَوْلِكَ وَقُوَّتِكَ أَقُومُ وَأَقْعُدُ  

“When the Imam says: ‘Sami’ Allahu liman hamidah (Allah hears those who praise Him),’ say: ‘Rabbana wa lakal-hamd (O our Lord, to You is the praise).’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 876)   

"إذَا قال الإمامُ سَمِعَ الله لمِنْ حمِده فقولوا: اللهُمَّ ربّنا ولَك الحمدُ".  

"عَنِ ابْن عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا قَالَ: سَمِعَ اللهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَه، قَالَ: "اللَّهُمَّ رَبّنا لَكَ الْحَمْدُ مِلْء السَّمَواتِ وَالأَرْض وَمِلْء مَا شئْتَ منْ شَىْءٍ بَعْدُ".  

"عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا قَالَ سَمِعَ اللهُ لِمنْ حَمِدَهُ (*) ربنا لك الحمد".
