٢٤۔ كِتَابُ تَوَارِيخِ الْمُتَقَدِّمِينَ مِنَ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ وَالْمُرْسَلِينَ
[Machine] About Ishaq bin Ibrahim the Prophet? Abu Hurayrah said, "Yes." Ka'b, when he saw Ibrahim about to sacrifice Ishaq, said, "By Allah! If Ibrahim does not disobey Allah during this, then I will never mislead any of them." So, Shaytan took the form of a man they knew and entered upon Sarah, Ibrahim's wife, and said to her, "Where is Ibrahim going with Ishaq?" Sarah said, "He went to fulfill some of his needs." Shaytan said, "No, by Allah! He did not go for that reason." Sarah said, "Then why did he go?" Shaytan said, "He went to sacrifice him." Sarah said, "But that cannot be! He would never sacrifice his own son." Shaytan said, "Indeed, he would, by Allah." Sarah said, "And why would he do that?" Shaytan said, "He claimed that Allah commanded him to do so." Sarah said, "Well, if Allah has commanded him, then he should obey Him." So Shaytan left Sarah's presence and went after Ibrahim. When he caught up to Ishaq as he was walking in the footsteps of his father, he said, "Where did your father go with you?" Ishaq said, "He went out for some of his needs." Shaytan said, "No, by Allah! He did not go with you for that reason. He went with you to sacrifice you." Ishaq said, "But my father would never sacrifice me." Shaytan said, "Indeed, he would, by Allah." Ishaq said, "But why would he sacrifice me?" Shaytan said, "He claimed that Allah commanded him to do so." Ishaq said, "By Allah! If Allah has commanded him, then he must obey Him." So Shaytan left Ishaq and hurried to Ibrahim. He asked him, "Where did you go with your son?" Ibrahim said, "I went out for some of my needs." Shaytan said, "No, by Allah! You did not go with him for that reason. You went with him to sacrifice him." Ibrahim said, "And why would I sacrifice him?" Shaytan said, "You claimed that Allah commanded you to do so." Ibrahim said, "By Allah! If Allah has commanded me, then I will do it." So when Ibrahim took Ishaq to sacrifice him, and Ishaq surrendered himself to Allah, Allah pardoned him and redeemed him with a great sacrifice. Ibrahim said to Ishaq, "My son, get up, for Allah has pardoned you." And Allah revealed to Ishaq, "I have granted you a supplication that I will answer for you." Ishaq said, "Then I supplicate to you that you answer the supplication of any of your servants who meets you, from the first to the last, and does not associate anything with you." So admit him to Paradise.

[Machine] "He is Isaac, meaning the sacrificial goat" Correct.
«هُوَ إِسْحَاقُ يَعْنِي الذَّبِيحَ» صحيح
«الذَّبِيحُ إِسْحَاقُ»
[Machine] Indeed, the rock at the root of Thabeer, on which Ibrahim slaughtered (his son) Ishaq, a white ram descended on it. It had a bleating from Thabeer, which bleating he remembered. So he narrated a lengthy story. Al-Waqidi said: Muhammad ibn Amr al-Uwaysi informed us on the authority of Abu al-Zubayr who narrated from Jabir, he said: When Ibrahim saw in a dream that he is slaughtering Ishaq, he took him by his hand and mentioned him regarding his length.
[Machine] The story of Isaac when Allah commanded Abraham to sacrifice him, and Allah bestowed Isaac upon Abraham on the night the angels departed from him. When Isaac was seven years old, Allah revealed to Abraham to sacrifice him and make him a sacrificial offering. On that day, the offering was accepted and raised, so Abraham kept it a secret from Isaac and all the people and confided in his beloved friend. Al-Ghazir As-Siddiq, who was the first to believe in Abraham's words, said to him, "Indeed, Allah does not test anyone like He tested you. But He wants to test you and examine you. So do not have any doubts about Allah, for He will make you a leader among the people. There is no power or strength for Abraham and Isaac except through Allah, the Merciful."
Then Wahb recalled a long narration until he said, "And Wahb informed me that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Isaac will precede the people in a supplication that no one before him had received. And he will intercede for the people on the Day of Resurrection, so that they may be forgiven. And Allah blessed Abraham in that situation, saying, 'Listen to me, O Abraham, the most truthful of the truthful ones.' And He said to Isaac, 'Listen to me, O Isaac, the most patient of the patient ones.' Indeed, I have tested you today with a great test. No one from my creation has been tested as you have been. O Abraham, I tested you with fire, and you showed great patience that no one from the worlds could match. And I tested you, O Isaac, with sacrifice, and you did not hesitate to offer yourself. And you did not consider it of great significance in obeying your father. And you saw that as a small favor from Allah, as you hoped for the best reward and an easy meeting with Him. And today, I make a covenant with both of you, a covenant that I will not break, and I entrust you with yourself. O Abraham, Paradise has become obligatory for you, as you are my friend among the people of the earth, surpassing the men of the worlds. This is a virtue that no one before you has attained, nor will anyone after you. Abraham bowed down in prostration, showing great respect for what he had heard from Allah, expressing gratitude to Him. And as for you, O Isaac, wish for whatever you desire and ask of me, and I will fulfill your request.' Isaac said, 'I ask you, O my God, to choose me for yourself and intercede for me among your monotheistic worshippers. And let no servant meet you who associates anything with you except that I will save him from the Fire.' His Lord said to him, 'I have granted you what you asked for, and I guarantee you my protection and promise you my sovereignty. I will not go back on my word, and I will not withhold any favor from you. You will receive abundant blessings that will not be withdrawn.'"
This is the end of the narration mentioned by Abdul Moneim Ibn Idris.
