I heard the Prophet ﷺ and listened to him before his death while he was leaning his back on me and saying, "O Allah! Forgive me, and bestow Your Mercy on me, and let me meet the (highest) companions (of the Hereafter)." (See the Qur'an (4:69) and Hadith #4435)  

أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ وَأَصْغَتْ إِلَيْهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمُوتَ وَهْوَ مُسْنِدٌ إِلَىَّ ظَهْرَهُ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَارْحَمْنِي وَأَلْحِقْنِي بِالرَّفِيقِ  

O Allah, grant me pardon, show mercy to me, enjoin me to companions (on High).  

أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمُوتَ وَهُوَ مُسْنِدٌ إِلَى صَدْرِهَا وَأَصْغَتْ إِلَيْهِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَارْحَمْنِي وَأَلْحِقْنِي بِالرَّفِيقِ  

“I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying at his death: ‘O Allah, forgive me and have mercy on me, and join me with the Highest Company (Allāhummaghfirlī warḥamnī wa alḥiqnī bir-rafīqil aʿlā).’”  

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ عِنْدَ وَفَاتِهِ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَارْحَمْنِي وَأَلْحِقْنِي بِالرَّفِيقِ الأَعْلَى قَالَ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ  

Yahya related to me from Malik from Hisham ibn Urwa from Abbad ibn Abdullah ibn az-Zubayr that A'isha, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ told him that she had heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say before he died, while he was leaning on her breast and she was listening to him, "O Allah, forgive me and have mercy on me and join me with the highest company."  

أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَخْبَرَتْهُ أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمُوتَ وَهُوَ مُسْتَنِدٌ إِلَى صَدْرِهَا وَأَصْغَتْ إِلَيْهِ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَارْحَمْنِي وَأَلْحِقْنِي بِالرَّفِيقِ الأَعْلَى  

O Allah, grant me pardon, show mercy to me, enjoin me to companions (on High). (Using translation from Muslim 2444a)   

أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ وَأَصْغَتْ إِلَيْهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمُوتَ وَهِيَ مُسْنِدَتُهُ إِلَى صَدْرِهَا يَقُولُ «اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَارْحَمْنِي وَأَلْحِقْنِي بِالرَّفِيقِ الْأَعْلَى»  

I heard the Prophet ﷺ , who was resting against me, saying, "O Allah! Excuse me and bestow Your Mercy on me and let me join with the highest companions (in Paradise)." See Qur'an (4.69) (Using translation from Bukhārī 5674)   

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ عِنْدَ وَفَاتِهِ «اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَارْحَمْنِي وَأَلْحِقْنِي بِالرَّفِيقِ الْأَعْلَى»  

I heard the Prophet ﷺ , who was resting against me, saying, "O Allah! Excuse me and bestow Your Mercy on me and let me join with the highest companions (in Paradise)." See Qur'an (4.69) (Using translation from Bukhārī 5674)   

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ عِنْدَ وَفَاتِهِ «اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَارْحَمْنِي وَأَلْحِقْنِي بِالرَّفِيقِ الْأَعْلَى»  

"اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لي وَارْحَمِنى، وَألْحِقْنِى بالرَّفِيق الأعْلَى" .  

"لَمَّا ثَقُلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: اللهم اغْفِرْ لِي وَأَلحِقْنِي بالرَّفِيقِ الأَعْلَى فَكَانَ هَذَا آخِر مَا سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ كَلَامِهِ".  

"سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ وَهُو مُسْتَنِدٌ إِلَى صَدْرِي: اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِر لِي وارحمني، وَأَلْحِقْنِي بِالرَّفِيقِ الأَعْلَى".
