البزّار:٤٢٥١ – حَدَّثنا يوسف بن موسى قَال حَدَّثنا جَرِير عَن ليث عَن طاووس عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وعَن نَافِعٍ عَن ابْنِ عُمَر رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُول اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم

خَمْسٌ كُلُّهُنَّ فَاسِقَةٌ يَقْتُلُهُنَّ الْمُحْرِمُ الْفَأْرَةُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ بِهَذَا اللَّفْظِ لاَ نعلمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ إلاَّ مِن هَذَا الْوَجْهِ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ غَيْرِ ابْنِ عَباس عَن النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم

[Machine] Translator: Ibn Abbas narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "There are five creatures, all of them are sinful, and they are to be killed by the prohibitions. They are the mouse, the scorpion, the snake, the dog of the pasture, and the crow."
