Abu Hurairah reported the Apostle of Allaah ﷺ as saying There are five(creatures) the killing of which is lawful in the sacred territory. The Snake, the Scorpion, the Kite, the Rat and the biting Dog.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ خَمْسٌ قَتْلُهُنَّ حَلاَلٌ فِي الْحَرَمِ الْحَيَّةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ

Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "It is not sinful (of a Muhrim) to kill five kinds of animals, namely: the crow, the kite, the mouse, the scorpion and the rabid dog."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ لاَ حَرَجَ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ الْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ
Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Five kinds of animals are harmful and could be killed in the Haram (Sanctuary). These are: the crow, the kite, the scorpion, the mouse and the rabid dog."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ كُلُّهُنَّ فَاسِقٌ يَقْتُلُهُنَّ فِي الْحَرَمِ الْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ
The Prophet ﷺ said, "Five kinds of animals are mischief-doers and can be killed even in the Sanctuary: They are the rat the scorpion, the kite (a type of predatory bird), the crow and the rabid dog."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ خَمْسٌ فَوَاسِقُ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحَرَمِ الْفَأْرَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْحُدَيَّا وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ
Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "It is not sinful of a person in the state of Ihram to kill any of these five animals: The scorpion, the rat, the rabid dog, the crow and the kite."

Five are the beasts 1618 harmful and vicious and these must be killed even within the precincts of the Ka'ba: crow, kite, voracio@s dog, kcorpion and rat.

Five are the beasts for killing which there is no sin for the Muhrim: crows, kites, scorpions, rats and wild dogs.

I said to Nafi: What is that which you heard Ibn, Umar declaring permissible for a Muhrim to kill some of the beasts? Nafi, said to me that 'Abdullah had reported: I heard Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: Five are the beasts in killing which or their being killed, there is no sin: crow, kite, scorpion, rat and voracious dog.
سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ لاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ الْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْفَارَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ
Five (are the animals) which, it one kills them In the state of Ihram, entail no sin for one (who does it): scorpion, rat, voracious dog, crow and kite.

"There are five which the Muhrim may kill: snakes, mice, kites, speckled crows and vicious dogs."

the Prophet said "There are five kinds of animals for which there is no sin on the one who kills them when he is in a state of Ihram: Kites, mice, vicious dogs, scorpions and crows." (Sahih) Chpater 87. Killing Kites
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ لاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ أَوْ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ وَهُوَ حَرَامٌ الْحِدَأَةُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْغُرَابُ
"A man said: "O Messenger of Allah, what animals may we kill when we are in Ihram?' He said: "there are five for which there is no sin in killing them: Kites, crows, mice, scorpions and vicious dogs.'"
رَجُلٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا نَقْتُلُ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ إِذَا أَحْرَمْنَا قَالَ خَمْسٌ لاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ الْحِدَأَةُ وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ
the Prophet was asked what the Muhrim may kill. He said: "He may kill scorpions the evil creature (mice), Kites, crows and vicious dogs."
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ سُئِلَ مَا يَقْتُلُ الْمُحْرِمُ قَالَ يَقْتُلُ الْعَقْرَبَ وَالْفُوَيْسِقَةَ وَالْحِدَأَةَ وَالْغُرَابَ وَالْكَلْبَ الْعَقُورَ
"The Prophet said: 'There are five kinds of animals for which there is no sin on the one who kills them, whether he is in Ihram or not: Mice, kites, crows, scorpions and vicious dogs.'" (Sahih) Chpater 89. What The Muhrim May Not Kill
قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ لاَ جُنَاحَ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ فِي الْحَرَمِ وَالإِحْرَامِ الْفَأْرَةُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ
"There are five kinds of vermin which may be killed out and inside the Haram: Crows, kites, vicious dogs, scorpions and mice."
عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ خَمْسُ فَوَاسِقَ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحِلِّ وَالْحَرَمِ الْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ
"There are five kinds of vermin which may be killed out and inside the Haram: Snakes, vicious dogs, speckled Crows, kites, and mice."

"The Prophet said: "There are five animals all of which are vermin, and may killed outside and inside the sanctuary: Vicious dogs, crows, kites, scorpions and mice.'"
قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ كُلُّهُنَّ فَاسِقٌ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحِلِّ وَالْحَرَمِ الْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ
"The Messenger of Allah said: "There are five animals all of which are vermin and may be killed inside the sanctuary: Crow, kites, vicious dogs, mice and scorpions.'"
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ كُلُّهَا فَاسِقٌ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحَرَمِ الْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ
"Hafsha the wife of the Prophet said: 'The Messenger of Allah said: Thee are five animals for which there is no sin on the one who kill them: Scorpions, crows, kites, mice and vicious dogs.'"
حَفْصَةُ زَوْجُ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ لاَ حَرَجَ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ الْعَقْرَبُ وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'There are five kinds of vermin that may be killed in the Haram: Scorpions, mice, crows, vicious dogs, and kites." (Sahih) Chaper 120. The Prohibition Of Disturbing The Game Of The Haram
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ خَمْسُ فَوَاسِقَ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحَرَمِ الْعَقْرَبُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ
Ibn ‘Umar said The Prophet ﷺ was asked as to which of the creatures could be killed by a pilgrim in the sacred state. He said there are five creatures which it is not a sin for anyone to kill, outside or inside the sacred area. The Scorpion, the Crow, the Rat, the Kite and the biting Dog.
عَنْ أَبِيهِ سُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَمَّا يَقْتُلُ الْمُحْرِمُ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ فَقَالَ خَمْسٌ لاَ جُنَاحَ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ فِي الْحِلِّ وَالْحَرَمِ الْعَقْرَبُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ
The Prophet said: "The Muhrim may kill the wild beast of prey, the rabid dog, the mouse, the scorpion, the kite, and the crow."
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ يَقْتُلُ الْمُحْرِمُ السَّبُعَ الْعَادِيَ وَالْكَلْبَ الْعَقُورَ وَالْفَأْرَةَ وَالْعَقْرَبَ وَالْحِدَأَةَ وَالْغُرَابَ
“There are five vermin that might be killed whether one is in or outside the sacred precincts: the snake, the speckled crow, the mouse, the vicious dog, and the kite.”
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ خَمْسٌ فَوَاسِقُ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحِلِّ وَالْحَرَمِ الْحَيَّةُ وَالْغُرَابُ الأَبْقَعُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ
“There are five animals, for which there is no sin on a person if he kills them” – or he said: “if he kills them when in Ihram – the scorpion, the crow, the kite, the mouse and the vicious dog.”

Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi from Abdullah ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "There are five kinds of animal which it is not wrong for some one in ihram to kill: crows, kites, scorpions, rats and mice, and wild dogs."

Yahya related to me from Malik from Abdullah ibn Dinar from Abdullah ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace,said, "There are five (kinds of) animal which it is not wrong for some one in ihram to kill: scorpions, rats and mice, crows, kites and wild dogs."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ، قَالَ: «خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ. مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ: الْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ، وَالْغُرَابُ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ »
Yahya related to me from Malik from Hisham ibn Urwa from his father that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "There are five trespassers that can be killed in the Haram: rats and mice, scorpions, crows, kites and wild dogs."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ خَمْسٌ فَوَاسِقُ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحَرَمِ الْفَأْرَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ
[Machine] Translator: Ibn Abbas narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "There are five creatures, all of them are sinful, and they are to be killed by the prohibitions. They are the mouse, the scorpion, the snake, the dog of the pasture, and the crow."
عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ خَمْسٌ كُلُّهُنَّ فَاسِقَةٌ يَقْتُلُهُنَّ الْمُحْرِمُ وَيُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحَرَمِ الْفَأْرَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْحَيَّةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْغُرَابُ
Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "It is not sinful of a person in the state of Ihram to kill any of these five animals: The scorpion, the rat, the rabid dog, the crow and the kite." (Using translation from Bukhārī 3315)
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ الْعَقْرَبُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ فِي قَتْلِ مَنْ قُتِلَ مِنْهُنَّ الْغُرَابُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ
“There are five animals, for which there is no sin on a person if he kills them” – or he said: “if he kills them when in Ihram – the scorpion, the crow, the kite, the mouse and the vicious dog.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 3088)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «خَمْسٌ مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ وَهُوَ حَرَامٌ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ فِيهِنَّ الْعَقْرَبُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ»
Abu Hurairah reported the Apostle of Allaah ﷺ as saying There are five(creatures) the killing of which is lawful in the sacred territory. The Snake, the Scorpion, the Kite, the Rat and the biting Dog. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1847)
«أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ بِقَتْلِ خَمْسِ فَوَاسِقَ فِي الْحِلِّ وَالْحَرَمِ الْحِدَأَةُ وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ»
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'There are five kinds of vermin that may be killed in the Haram: Scorpions, mice, crows, vicious dogs, and kites." (Sahih) Chaper 120. The Prohibition Of Disturbing The Game Of The Haram (Using translation from Nasāʾī 2891)
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «خَمْسُ فَوَاسِقَ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحِلِّ وَالْحَرَمِ الْعَقْرَبُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْغُرَابُ الْأَبْقَعُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ»
The Prophet said: "The Muhrim may kill the wild beast of prey, the rabid dog, the mouse, the scorpion, the kite, and the crow." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 838)
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «يَقْتُلُ الْمُحْرِمُ الْغُرَابَ وَالْحَدَأةَ وَالْعَقْرَبَ وَالْكَلْبَ الْعقورَ وَالْفَأْرَةَ»
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There are five animals for whom there is no blame upon anyone who kills them even if it is within the sacred precincts (of the Kaaba): the crow, the rat, the scorpion, the kite, and the snake."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ فِي الْإِحْرَامِ الْغُرَابُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There are five animals that can be killed without any penalty while in the state of ihram: the crow, the mouse, the scorpion, the wild dog, and the harmful snake."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ فِي الْإِحْرَامِ الْغُرَابُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ
[Machine] It is permissible for the pilgrim to kill a snake, scorpion, mouse, harmful insect, or a rabid dog.
«رُخِّصَ لِلْمُحْرِمِ فِي قَتْلِ الْحَيَّةِ وَالْعَقْرَبِ وَالْفَأْرِ وَالْحِدَأَةِ وَالْكَلْبِ الْعَقُورِ»
Five are the beasts for killing which there is no sin for the Muhrim: crows, kites, scorpions, rats and wild dogs. (Using translation from Muslim 1199b)
