[Machine] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ wrote a letter to the people of Yemen containing matters related to obligations, religious practices, and fines, and he sent it with 'Amr ibn Hazm. He mentioned in it a hadith in which he said, 'The Quran should not be touched except by someone who is pure.' He sent it to others as well, and Allah knows best. It is also mentioned regarding Ibn 'Umar that he disliked for a menstruating woman to touch the mushaf (Quran)."
