البيهقي:١٤٤٢٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْمَجِيدِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَطَاءً يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ يَمُوتُ عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا وَقَدْ فَرَضَ لَهَا صَدَاقًا قَالَ

لَهَا الصَّدَاقُ وَالْمِيرَاثُ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ

"I heard 'Amr bin Dinar, narrating from Tawus, from Hujr Al-Madari, from Zaid bin Thabit, that the Messenger of Allah said: "'Umra (a gift given for life) belongs to the heir." And Allah knows best."
