The Prophet ﷺ said, "Measure your foodstuff and you will be blessed."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ كِيلُوا طَعَامَكُمْ يُبَارَكْ لَكُمْ

"The one who eats and is grateful is like the status of the patient fasting person."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ الطَّاعِمُ الشَّاكِرُ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الصَّائِمِ الصَّابِرِ

"Aqil bin Abi Talib married a woman from Banu Jusham, and it was said to him: 'May you live in harmony and have many sons.' He said: 'Say what the Messenger of Allah said: Barak Allahu fikum, wa baraka lakum. (May Allah bless you and bestow blessings upon you.)'"

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ بَارَكَ اللَّهُ فِيكُمْ وَبَارَكَ لَكُمْ

“A grateful eater is equal to a patient fasting person.”

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ الطَّاعِمُ الشَّاكِرُ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الصَّائِمِ الصَّابِرِ

"I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: 'Measure your food, may you be blessed therein."'

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ كِيلُوا طَعَامَكُمْ يُبَارَكْ لَكُمْ فِيهِ

"Measure your food, may you be blessed therein."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ كِيلُوا طَعَامَكُمْ يُبَارَكْ لَكُمْ فِيهِ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The grateful eater is like the patient person who observes fasting."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «الطَّاعِمُ الشَّاكِرُ كَالصَّائِمِ الصَّابِرِ»

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The grateful one who feeds ˹the needy˺ is like the patient one who fasts."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الطَّاعِمُ الشَّاكِرُ كَالصَّائِمِ الصَّابِرِ۔»

[AI] About the Prophet, ﷺ , he said, "Indeed, the thankful eater has the same reward as the patient fasting person."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ إِنَّ لِلطَّاعِمِ الشَّاكِرِ مِثْلَ مَا لِلصَّائِمِ الصَّابِرِ

"I heard Anas say: 'The Messenger of Allah said: True patience is that which comes at the first blow."' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1869)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الصَّبْرُ عِنْدَ أَوَّلِ صَدْمَةٍ

Anas b. Malik asked me the cause of death of Yahya b. 'Abu 'Amra. I said: (He died) of plague. He said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said that death by plague is martyrdom for a Muslim. (Using translation from Muslim 1916a)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الطَّاعُونُ شَهَادَةٌ لِكُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ كِيلُوا طَعَامَكُمْ يُبَارَكْ لَكُمْ فِيهِ

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "The thankful eater is like the patient fasting person."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «الطَّاعِمُ الشَّاكِرُ مِثْلُ الصَّائِمِ الصَّابِرِ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked, "What is the righteousness of Hajj?" He said, "Feeding the food and speaking good words."

سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَا بِرُّ الْحَجُّ؟ قَالَ «إِطْعَامُ الطَّعَامِ وَطِيبُ الْكَلَامِ»

"The one who eats and is grateful is like the status of the patient fasting person." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 2486)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «الطَّاعِمُ الشَّاكِرُ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الصَّائِمِ الصَّابِرِ»

"I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: 'Measure your food, may you be blessed therein."' (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2231)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «كِيلُوا طَعَامَكُمْ يُبَارَكْ لَكُمْ فِيهِ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Feed people food and speak kind words."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَطْعِمُوا الطَّعَامَ وَأَطْيِبُوا الْكَلَامَ»

"I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: 'Measure your food, may you be blessed therein."' (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2231)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «كِيلُوا طَعَامَكُمْ يُبَارَكْ لَكُمْ فِيهِ»

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «الطَّاعِمُ الشَّاكِرُ مِثْلُ الصَّائِمِ الصَّابِرِ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The most delicious meat is the meat of the back."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَطْيَبُ اللَّحْمِ لَحْمُ الظَّهْرِ»

"Aqil bin Abi Talib married a woman from Banu Jusham, and it was said to him: 'May you live in harmony and have many sons.' قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «بَارَكَ اللهُ فِيكُمْ وَبَارَكَ لَكُمْ»

[AI] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said, "The grateful eater is like the patient fasting person."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الطَّاعِمُ الشَّاكِرُ كَالصَّائِمِ الصَّابِرِ

"أَطْعِمِ الطَّعامَ، وأفْشِ السَّلامَ".

"أطْعِم الطَّعامَ وأطِبِ الْكَلامَ" .

"أَطِعمُوا الطعام، وأَطِيبُوا الكَلامَ" .

"The grateful eater is like the patient fasting person."

"الطَّاعِمُ الشَّاكِرُ بمَنْزِلَةِ الصَّائِم الصَّابِرِ ".

"بَرِّدُوا طَعَامكُمْ يُبَارَكْ لَكمْ فِيه".

"بِرُّ الحجِّ إِطعَامُ الطَّعَامِ، وَطيبُ الكلامِ".

"عَلَيكَ بِطيبِ الكَلَامِ، وبَذْلِ السَّلَامِ، وإطعَامِ الطَّعَام".

"قُوتُوا طَعَامَكمْ يُبَارَكْ لَكُمْ فِيهِ".

"قُولُوا: بَارَك الله لَكُم، وَبَارَكَ علَيكمْ".

"كِيلُوا طَعَامَكُم يُبَارَكْ لَكُمْ فِيهِ".

"للِطَّاعِم الشَّاكِر مِنَ الأَجْرِ مِثْلُ مَا لِلصَّائِم الصَّابِرِ".

"يا بَنِى عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ: أَطْعِمُوا الطَّعَامَ، وأَطِيبُوا الْكَلاَمَ".
