We were with Buraida in a battle on a cloudy day and he said, "Offer the ʿAsr prayer early as the Prophet said, "Whoever leaves the ʿAsr prayer, all his (good) deeds will be annulled."

كُنَّا مَعَ بُرَيْدَةَ فِي غَزْوَةٍ فِي يَوْمٍ ذِي غَيْمٍ فَقَالَ بَكِّرُوا بِصَلاَةِ الْعَصْرِ فَإِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ تَرَكَ صَلاَةَ الْعَصْرِ فَقَدْ حَبِطَ عَمَلُهُ

I was with Buraida on a cloudy day and he said, "Offer the ʿAsr prayer earlier as the Prophet ﷺ said, 'Whoever leaves the ʿAsr prayer will have all his (good) deeds annulled." (See Hadith No. 527 and 528)

قَالَ كُنَّا مَعَ بُرَيْدَةَ فِي يَوْمٍ ذِي غَيْمٍ فَقَالَ بَكِّرُوا بِالصَّلاَةِ فَإِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ تَرَكَ صَلاَةَ الْعَصْرِ حَبِطَ عَمَلُهُ

"Abu Al-Malih narrated to me: 'We were with Buraidah on a cloudy day and he said: "Pray early, for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever abandons Salat Al-'Asr, his good deeds will perish.'"

"We were with the Messenger of Allah on a campaign, and he said: 'Hasten to perform prayer on a cloudy day, for whoever misses the 'Asr prayer, all his good deeds will be in vain.'"

كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي غَزْوَةٍ فَقَالَ بَكِّرُوا بِالصَّلاَةِ فِي الْيَوْمِ الْغَيْمِ فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ فَاتَتْهُ صَلاَةُ الْعَصْرِ حَبِطَ عَمَلُهُ

"Abu Al-Malih narrated to me: 'We were with Buraidah on a cloudy day and he said: "Pray early, for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever abandons Salat Al-'Asr, his good deeds will perish.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 474)

[AI] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever intentionally abandons the Asr prayer, Allah will invalidate his deeds."

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ تَرَكَ صَلَاةَ الْعَصْرِ مُتَعَمِّدًا أَحْبَطَ اللهُ عَمَلَهُ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ بَكِّرُوا بِالصَّلَاةِ فِي الْيَوْمِ الْغَيْمِ فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ فَاتَهُ صَلَاةُ الْعَصْرِ فَقَدْ حَبِطَ عَمَلُهُ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever intentionally misses the Asr prayer until it is missed, his deeds will be nullified."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ تَرَكَ صَلَاةَ الْعَصْرِ مُتَعَمِّدًا حَتَّى تَفُوتَهُ فَقَدْ أُحْبِطَ عَمَلُهُ

[AI] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said: "Hasten to perform the prayer on a cloudy day, for whoever abandons the prayer has indeed committed disbelief."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «بَكِّرُوا بِالصَّلَاةِ فِي يَوْمِ الْغَيْمِ فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ تَرَكَ الصَّلَاةَ فَقَدْ كَفَرَ»

[AI] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Hasten to perform the Asr prayer on a cloudy day, for whoever neglects the Asr prayer, his deeds will be in vain."

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «بَكِّرُوا بِصَلَاةِ الْعَصْرِ يَوْمَ الْغَيْمِ فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ تَرَكَ صَلَاةَ الْعَصْرِ فَقَدْ حَبِطَ عَمَلُهُ»

بَكِّرُوا بِالصَّلَاةِ فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ تَرَكَ صَلَاةَ الْعَصْرِ فَقَدْ حَبِطَ عَمَلُهُ»

[AI] We were with Buraida during a battle on a cloudy day. He said, "Hurry up and pray the Asr (afternoon) prayer, for indeed the Prophet ﷺ said, 'Whoever abandons the Asr prayer, their deeds will be in vain.'"

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي بَعْضِ غَزَوَاتِهِ فَقَالَ بَكِّرُوا بِالصَّلَاةِ فِي يَوْمِ الْغَيْمِ فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ تَرَكَ صَلَاةَ الْعَصْرِ حَبِطَ عَمَلُهُ

"بِكِّرُوا بِالصَّلاةِ في يَوْمِ الغيم؛ فإِنَّ مَن تَرَكَ صَلاةَ العَصْرِ حَبِطَ عَمَلُهُ".

"مَنْ تَرَكَ صَلاةَ العَصْرِ فَقَدْ حَبِطَ عَمَلُه".

"مَنْ تَرَكَ صَلاةَ العَصْرِ مُتَعَمِّدًا حتى تَفُوتَه فَقَدْ أُحْبِطَ عَمَلُه".

"مَنْ تَرَكَ صَلاةً مَكْتُوبَةً حَتَّى تَفُوتَه مِنْ غَيرِ عُذْرٍ فَقَدْ حَبِطَ عمله".

"مَنْ فَاتَتْهُ صَلاةُ العَصْر، حَبِط عَمَلُهُ".

"عَنْ بُرَيْدَةَ قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ بَعْضِ غَزَوَاتِهِ فَقَالَ: بَكِّرُوا بِالصَّلاَةِ فِى يَوْمِ الْغَيْم فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ تَرَكَ صَلاَةَ الْعَصْرِ حَبِطَ عَمَلُهُ".
