[Machine] That the Prophet ﷺ sent Budayl bin Warqa to Mina and he announced, "These are days of eating and drinking, do not fast them."  

الطبراني:١١٢٠٣ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَهْلِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ ثنا سَهْلُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ ثنا أَبُو جَمِيلَةَ الْفَضْلُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «بَعَثَ بُدَيْلَ بْنَ وَرْقَاءَ بِمِنًى فَنَادَى إِنَّ هَذِهِ أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ فَلَا تَصُومُوها»

"عَنِ ابْن عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: أَمَرَ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ بُدَيْل بْنَ وَرْقَاء الْخُزَاعِىَّ فَنَادى بِمنى: أَلاَّ تَصُومُوا هَذِهِ الأيَّامَ، فَإِنَّهَا أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ".
