[Machine] The Prophet of Allah, ﷺ , said, "It is better for a person to give his brother his land as a gift than to charge him a known rental fee for it."
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «لِأَنْ يَمْنَحَ الرَّجُلُ أَخَاهُ أَرْضَهُ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ عَلَيْهَا خَرْجًا مَعْلُومًا»
“For one of you to give (land) to his brother is better for him than if he were to take a set amount in rent for it.”
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لأَنْ يَمْنَحَ أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ الأَرْضَ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ لَهَا خَرَاجًا مَعْلُومًا
“For one of you to give (land) to his brother is better for him than if he were to take a set amount in rent for it.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 2464)
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَأَنْ يَمْنَحَ الرَّجُلُ أَخَاهُ أَرْضَهُ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ عَلَيْهَا خَرْجًا مَعْلُومًا
[Machine] But he would rather give his brother a favor than to give him a known amount for it.
وَلَكِنْ يَمْنَحُ أَخَاهُ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يُعْطِيَهُ عَلَيْهَا خَرْجًا مَعْلُومًا
صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم عَنْ كِرَى الأَرْضِ وَلكن قَالَ لأَنْ يَمْنَحَ الرَّجُلُ أَخَاهُ أَرْضَهُ خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يأخذ عليهما خَرَجًا
"أَنْ يَمْنَحَ أَحَدُكُمْ أخَاهُ خَيْرٌ لهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَأخُد عَلَيهِ خَرجًا مَعْلُومًا" .
"لأنْ يَمْنَح الرَّجُلُ أخَاهُ أَرْضَهُ خَيرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أنْ يأَخُذَ عَلَيَهَا خَرَاجًا مَعْلُومًا".
