[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ once said on earth, "Giving it as a gift to your brother is better than collecting rent for it."  

الطبراني:١٠٨٨٣ – حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ عَنْ رَوْحِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فِي الْأَرْضِ قَالَ «تَمْنَحُها أَخَاكَ خَيْرٌ مِنْ أَنْ تَأْخُذَ عَلَيْهَا خَرَاجًا»
