22. Chapter of Qāf (Male)
[Machine] "O Abu Kahil, should I not inform you about a matter that Allah has decreed upon Himself? I said: Yes, O Messenger of Allah. He said, 'May Allah refresh your heart and never let it die until your body dies. Know that...'"
[Machine] To me, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "O Abu Kahil, shall I inform you of a matter that Allah has decreed upon Himself?" I said, "Yes, O Messenger of Allah." He said, "May Allah keep your heart alive and not let it die until your body dies."
[Machine] I heard Qais ibn al-Sa'ib saying, "Indeed, the month of Ramadan is a month in which a person seeks redemption. In it, they feed a needy person every day. So feed a needy person on my behalf for every day with a saa' (measurement of food). And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was a partner with me in the pre-Islamic era, so the best partner is one who does not dispute or compete."
[Machine] Regarding fasting, he proclaimed it in terms of feeding others.
