On his father's authority, said that his grandfather reported the Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: It is not permissible for a woman to present a gift from the property which she has in her possession when her husband owns her chastity.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَجُوزُ لاِمْرَأَةٍ أَمْرٌ فِي مَالِهَا إِذَا مَلَكَ زَوْجُهَا عِصْمَتَهَا

The Prophet ﷺ said: It is not permissible for a woman to present a gift (from her husband's property) except with the permission of her husband.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَجُوزُ لاِمْرَأَةٍ عَطِيَّةٌ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا

"It is not permissible for a woman to give a gift from her wealth, once her husband has marital authority over her." This is the wording of (one of the narrators) Muhammad.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَجُوزُ لاِمْرَأَةٍ هِبَةٌ فِي مَالِهَا إِذَا مَلَكَ زَوْجُهَا عِصْمَتَهَا اللَّفْظُ لِمُحَمَّدٍ

“It is not permissible for a woman to dispose of her wealth except with her husband's permission, once he has married her.”

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ فِي خُطْبَةٍ خَطَبَهَا لاَ يَجُوزُ لاِمْرَأَةٍ فِي مَالِهَا إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا إِذَا هُوَ مَلَكَ عِصْمَتَهَا

[AI] Narrated by Prophet ﷺ and Qays, and Mujahid, who I believe narrated it from Prophet ﷺ , he said, "It is not permissible for a woman to make a decision concerning her wealth once her husband possesses guardianship over her."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَقَيْسٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ أَحْسِبُهُ عَنِالنَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا يَجُوزُ لِلْمَرْأَةِ أَمْرٌ فِي مَالِهَا إِذَا مَلَكَ زَوْجُهَا عِصْمَتَهَا

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A woman should not spend any of her wealth without her husband's permission, as long as he is responsible for her maintenance."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَيْسَ لِامْرَأَةٍ أَنْ تَنْتَهِكَ مِنْ مَالِهَا شَيْئًا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا إِذَا مَلَكَ عِصْمَتَهَا»

"إِنَّهُ لا يجوزُ لِلمَرْأَةِ في مَالِهَا أَمْرٌ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا".

"لَيسَ لِلمرَأةِ أنْ تَنْتَهِكَ شَيئًا من مَالِهَا إِلا بإذنِ زَوْجِهَا".

"لا تَجُوزُ لامْرَأةٍ هبَةٌ فِي مَالِها إِلا بإذْنِ زَوْجهَا، إذَا مَلَكَ زَوْجُهَا عِصْمَتَهَا".

"لَا يَجُوزُ لامْرَأَةٍ أَمْرٌ في مَالِهَا إِذَا مَلَكَ زَوْجُهَا عِصمَتَهَا".

"لَا يَجُوزُ لامرأةٍ عَطِيَّةٌ إِلَّا بِإذْنِ زَوْجِهَا".
