The Prophet ﷺ said: It is not permissible for a woman to present a gift (from her husband's property) except with the permission of her husband.
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لاَ يَجُوزُ لاِمْرَأَةٍ عَطِيَّةٌ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا

"When the Messenger of Allah conquered Makkah, he stood up to address (the people) and said in his Khutbah: 'It is not permissible for a woman to give (a gift) except with her husband's permission.'"
لَمَّا فَتَحَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مَكَّةَ قَامَ خَطِيبًا فَقَالَ فِي خُطْبَتِهِ لاَ يَجُوزُ لاِمْرَأَةٍ عَطِيَّةٌ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا
On his father's authority, said that his grandfather reported the Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: It is not permissible for a woman to present a gift from the property which she has in her possession when her husband owns her chastity. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 3546)
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَا يَجُوزُ لِلْمَرْأَةِ عَطِيَّةٌ فِي مَالِهَا إِذَا مَلَكَ زَوْجُهَا عِصْمَتَهَا
"إِنَّهُ لا يجوزُ لِلمَرْأَةِ في مَالِهَا أَمْرٌ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا".
"لَا يَجُوزُ لامرأةٍ عَطِيَّةٌ إِلَّا بِإذْنِ زَوْجِهَا".
"لَا تَصُومَنَّ امْرَأةٌ إلا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا".
