قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ كُلُّ مَعْرُوفٍ صَدَقَةٌ

ahmad:20242 – ʿAbd al-Ṣamad And ʿAffān > Ḥammād b. Salamah > al-Ashʿath b. ʿAbd al-Raḥman al-Jarmī from his father > Samurah b. Jundub > a man

This tradition has also been transmitted by Sa'd (b. Abi Waqqas) from the Prophet ﷺ in a similar manner through a different chain of narrators. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1470)

ذِكْرُ كِتْبَةِ اللَّهِ جَلَّ وَعَلَا الصَّدَقَةَ بِكُلِّ مَعْرُوفٍ يَفْعَلُهُ قَوْلًا وَفِعْلًا

ibnhibban:3379 – Muḥammad b. ʿUbaydullāh b. al-Faḍl al-Kalāʿī Biḥimṣ > ʿAmr b. ʿUthmān b. Saʿīd from my father > Abū Ghassān Muḥammad b. Muṭarrif > Muḥammad b. al-Munkadir > Jābir

ibnhibban:4034 – Ibn Khuzaymah > Abū ʿAmmār > al-Faḍl b. Mūsá > Rajāʾ b. al-Ḥārith > Mujāhid > Ibn ʿAbbās

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The best among them is the easiest in terms of dowry."
