الحاكم:٢٣١٥ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْفَقِيهُ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ وَيَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ صَاعِدٍ قَالَا ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ الْعَابِدِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا يُغْلَقُ الرَّهْنُ لَهُ غُنْمُهُ وَعَلَيْهِ غُرْمُهُ»

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ لِخِلَافٍ فِيهِ عَلَى أَصْحَابِ الزُّهْرِيِّ وَقَدْ تَابَعَهُ مَالِكٌ وَابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ وَسُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي دَاوُدَ الْحَرَّانِيُّ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ الزُّبَيْدِيُّ وَمَعْمَرُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ عَلَى هَذِهِ الرِّوَايَةِ أَمَّا حَدِيثُ مَالِكٍ
