A preventer of good, transgressing and sinful,

hinderer of good, niggardly with his wealth against deserving causes, sinful transgressor, wrongdoer,

القرآن:٦٨:١٢ –

مَنَّاعٍ لِلْخَيْرِ مُعْتَدٍ أَثِيمٍ

{مناع للخير} بخيل بالمال عن الحقوق {معتد} ظالم {أثيم} آثم.
