quran:68:10 –

And do not obey every worthless habitual swearer  

And do not obey any mean, despicable, oath-monger, given to frequent swearing by falsehood,
القرآن:٦٨:١٠ –

وَلَا تُطِعْ كُلَّ حَلَّافٍ مَهِينٍ  

{ولا تطع كل حلاف} كثير الحلف بالباطل {مهين} حقير.
