Abul Qasim said, "If any person peeps at you without your permission and you poke him with a stick and injure his eye, you will not be blamed."

أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ لَوْ أَنَّ امْرَأً اطَّلَعَ عَلَيْكَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنٍ فَخَذَفْتَهُ بِعَصَاةٍ فَفَقَأْتَ عَيْنَهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ عَلَيْكَ جُنَاحٌ

If a person were to cast a glance in your (house) without permission, and you had in your hand a staff and you would have thrust that in his eyes, there is no harm for you.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلاً اطَّلَعَ عَلَيْكَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنٍ فَخَذَفْتَهُ بِحَصَاةٍ فَفَقَأْتَ عَيْنَهُ مَا كَانَ عَلَيْكَ مِنْ جُنَاحٍ

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ , he said: "If a man were to look and say, ‘If only I had not seen a certain woman without your permission,’ then you should throw a pebble at him, causing him to lose his eye. There would be no blame on you for doing so."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا اطَّلَعَ وَقَالَ مَرَّةً لَوْ أَنَّ امْرَأً اطَّلَعَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِكَ فَخَذَفْتَهُ بِحَصَاةٍ فَفَقَأْتَ عَيْنَهُ مَا كَانَ عَلَيْكَ جُنَاحٌ

"If a person were to look at you without permission and you were to throw a stone at him and put out his eye, there would be no blame on you." (Using translation from Nasāʾī 4861)

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَوْ أَنَّ امْرَأً اطَّلَعَ عَلَيْكَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنٍ فَخَذَفْتَهُ فَفَقَأْتَ عَيْنَهُ مَا كَانَ عَلَيْكَ حَرَجٌ» وَقَالَ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى «جُنَاحٌ»

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said: "If someone looks at you without permission, throw a stone at him and knock out his eye. There is no blame on you for doing so."

النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لَوْ أَنَّ امْرَأً اطَّلَعَ عَلَيْكَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنٍ فَحَذَفْتَهُ بِحَصَاةٍ فَفَقَأْتَ عَيْنَهُ مَا كَانَ عَلَيْكَ جُنَاحٌ

"لَوْ أنَّ امْرءًا اطَّلَعَ عَلَيكَ بِغَيرِ إِذنٍ فَحَذَفْتَهُ بِحَصَاةٍ فَفَقَأتَ عَينَهُ، لَمْ يكُنْ عَلَيكَ جُنَاحٌ".

"لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا اطَّلَعَ عَلَيكَ بِغَيرِ إِذْنِكَ فَحَذَفْتَهُ بِحَصَاةٍ فَفَقَأتَ عَينَهُ، مَا كَانَ عَلَيكِ مِن جُنَاح".
